Yesterday Luigi , a good friend and customer of us celebrated his birthday in our Restaurant.He and his family had a set menu based on seafood.

Amuse bouche, marinated cockles salad , Gratinated scallp , lobster and scampi with lemon and olive oil dressing , Risotto with camomille tea  acacia honey and seabream quenelle , fettuccine with sage sauce , lobster and toasted hazelnuts , red snapper with pan fried zucchini and Recioto red wine reduction and as dessert , strawberry ice mousse.
